"Scam agent/owner. Avoid at all costs"

Dont book unit under this agent/owner. The agent/owner didnt return the deposit and disappeared after guests checked out. If you call or message he wont answer. Dont waste your money booking here. Sanguine Smart Venture ‪+60 17‑977 3420‬

"Terrible"

Decided not to pursue with checking in due to bad treatment by the agent. Feel like being scam. Arrived at the property at night, being stopped just because of extra ‘pax’ in which an infant.

The agent who handle the booking is So unreliable. Only ask for security deposit. Yelled at customer because delay in paying the security. Not even share the instruction after book at the first place. Need to follow up many times after few hours been silent after the book made. Ridiculous.

"Useless incharge."

Useless service! Regretting booking this homestay. Choose for sea side view. Gave another unit. Deposit fee never return until now. Had been calling daily and whatsapp daily. Very very very poor service! Im going to make a police report. Seriously fed up with this service. Has been a week im asking for deposit everyday.

"the address was different, take the key also far around 2.5km and the host very late reply."

the place was very nice

i don't like the host because his very late to reply me and also he didn't give any instruction or SOP about the check out procedure.
