The property is not where which is stated in the location. Plus the host is super slow to reply and answer the call. Such a worst host i have encountered. He still havent pay me my deposit money yet. Its been 2 days since i finished my stay.

1. Cigarette smell in room 2. Broken facilities (shower head) 3. To date haven't receive deposit refund.

worst host ever..scammer. simply change the accommodation at a very last minutes and simply ask me to bank in extra money and end up dont provide me and my family any accommodation. so dont trust this host scammer.. desperate scammer asking for money. in description say 3pm can check in..but 3.27pm i try to call phone number.. host never answer..host is truly scammer. asking for refund end up ask me to read policy yet host dont provide me any accommodation.. wish host enter to Hell or Neraka coz take my money.... go hell host scammer.

The facility provided was very good. Quite clean.

The person in charge for the check in process was very unhelpful. Took very long time to respond to your chat and call. I contacted the PIC for check in process in the mornings. Need to wait until 8/9 pm like that to receive a response. The instructions of the facility not very clear. The worst part about the deposit. I received my deposit after more than 24 hours after I checked out. I always need to call and remind the PIC about the deposit. Otherwise my deposit will be not transferred to me. Conclusions, the facility good. The person in charges of the facility were very bad. Reconsider again if you were planning to book at this place

All not good I pay my booking fees until now never give back I book for landmark but he give me other place really untrustworthy book even he never answer my call what kind of people? I also don’t know really not good please don’t book at this customer. He is a cheating guy I pay RM hundred but until now she never refund my payment. This booking is just like a scam.

Really not satisfied that I am staying here the room was very messy. Sam not clean the bed all are not clean and not work for what I’m paying. Sam I pay my deposit money RM hundred but he never refund the money until now already three days and I call him she never answer and I WhatsApp him not answer so in the end he told me he will pay he will pay but until now he never pay back my deposit money really not good for staying here. There’s a stupid guy and a scam. Don’t believe this place don’t ever check into this customer again.

I dont like a thing about this property. The only good is they have good facilities.

All. Slow response from the host. The room is very dirty. And the living room full of hair everywhere. And the bed is a mess. For me, the cleanliness is 1/10. The house is full of defect! The host service from replying message and answering call is a negative points. And after 24 hour still not refund my deposit! This room is a scammer!
