入住体验极差！首先，实际入住的地方与Booking上显示的公寓根本不是同一个位置，距离非常远，完全是误导。 其次，卫生情况糟糕透顶——卫生间脏乱不堪，洗衣机里竟然还有上一位客人没洗完的衣物。 床铺也非常脏，床单上满是黑色毛球，完全没有清洁。 更糟的是噪音巨大，空调发出持续的轰鸣声，让人根本无法入睡。 我劝所有华人同胞千万不要住这家！相信我，一定会后悔！

They have washing machine

The propert was okay, but the pipes all was leaking some of them are not working, the toilet door cannot be locked, the balcony door also cannot be locked, the parking facility really poor, they management didn’t update anything about parking and other about facility. Poor information late reply

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the host of the property I recently stayed at. The host is charging me for damages (towels and bedsheets), which is completely false. We never used or damaged the towels. In fact, I have video proof showing the towels still hanging in the same place as provided, and they were already dirty when we arrived. Regarding the bedsheet, the host claimed nail polish stains, which is not true. My family and kids only used the beds for sleeping, and no such damage occurred. Many reviews on Booking.com also mention similar issues with this property, especially about the deposit and false claims. This makes me believe the host is intentionally creating stories to keep the deposit. I will attach the video evidence to prove that no damage was caused by us. I kindly request Booking.com to review this case and ensure my deposit is refunded. I feel very disappointed that such property owners are allowed to treat guests unfairly. Please take necessary action to protect customers from such experiences.

I book 3 room but give me only 2 room

The owner cancelled my trip. Till now already two months I haven't get my refund money. It's very frustrating.
