Totally wasted my time

I experienced a disparity between expectations and the actual service, encountering numerous issues and logistical problems.

There were no redeeming qualities to this stay, as every aspect of the booking presented issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and strongly advise against booking with this particular Sanguine property. Please be aware of the following concerns—I do not recommend this booking at all: 1. I originally booked The Landmark Condo, but was instead placed at Straits Quay Marina without my consent. 2. Upon arriving at The Landmark, I was told to collect the keys at Jazz Residence, which was already confusing and inconvenient. 3. A RM150 deposit was requested and paid, but the accommodation was then changed afterward without informing me or getting my approval. 4. Although the parking at Straits Quay Marina was supposed to be indoors, the host instructed me to park on the roadside. This resulted in damage to my car’s exterior mirror. 5. The room condition was far below expectations — cleanliness was poor, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and despite requesting two beds for my children and husband, we were given only a futon sofa and king bed ,Futon sofa really uncomfortable for my husband sleep. 6. We checked out early at 9:00 AM, and were told the deposit would be returned upon checkout. However, today is 24/11 and there has been no response via call or text. I am wondering why there are so many similar complaints about this property, yet no proper action seems to be taken.

1.booking hotel and givens hotel totally different hotel...not sama and vry bad 2.2 day stay vry poor service TV not functioning,wash sink stuck,Owen not working,fan not working...agent nvr come And repair all this 3.Totaly cheated agent....Don't take this agent... 4.Most worst holiday 2 day stay.. without a tv....how bad is this .... 5.Hope booking.com end this agent contract

Saya booking dekat The Landmark (dah bayar full) Tapi owner condo WhatsApp suruh pergi ke condo lain (Quaywest Residence) Owner suruh bayar deposit RM150 Public Bank 3815276719 Sanguine Smart Venture RM150.00 security deposit (return upon checkout) Pls attach bank in slip Lepas done can collect key from the letter box ya Saya dah bayar.. sampai condo boleh masuk tidur.. esok dah check out & update dia.. hingga sekarang whatsApp & call berkali² tak respond & TAK DAPAT KEMBALI DEPOSIT!!! Booking.com tolong ambil tindakan supaya tak terkena pada cust yg lain
