"Very bad service. Always we book other place in booking.com and we will get other place wen checkin"

This agent i had booked 2 times stay from him and he always charge for the booking of the better place but when is check in time he always give a bad place. It happen 2 times with me. The place always full of cockroach and no towel no soap. Very bad. Then he always don't return our deposit

Very bad. Bad service. Always take money full amout of different place and when check in time give other bad place. So call upgrades
