Central penthouse in quiet neighborhood near sandy beach

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville tout en étant au calme. Un parking était à disposition. Les terrasses sont très agréables.

Beliggenheten var flott, nær strand, restauranter, butikker. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme vert. Velkomsten med «raki» og frukt. Anbefales på det starkeste.

L’emplacement, la terrasse et l’accueil

This was our second stay at the property. Great location and views from patios. Host and his family are wonderful and live on site. They always add a little something for our daughter (this time a rocking horse). We always enjoyed seeing them coming to and from the apartment. They are thoughtful and generous. Parking space provided is convenient and nice to get rental car off the street. Comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Parking spot was shared with shuttle van so we had to coordinate with the hosts a few times to ensure the shuttle van could get out. Wasn't a big deal for us as we were exploring the area with our car most days, but could be an issue for those just wanting to park and stay in the city. Hosts had excellent communication and always gave us much advanced notice.

Great neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and beach nearby and Thursday market just a couple of streets away. Super helpful host gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. Lovely terrace with comfortable seats. Gorgeous local olive oil and honey toiletries in the bathroom (the shop is nearby if you want to buy some to take home!) Secure private parking on site.

Very nice appartement! Stavos was a great host as well, helping us out if we needed anything and being very accomodating.

The location was very close to the beach and 6 minutes from the old town, the host were helpful and responded quickly to any communication. The apartment was well equipped, good for a week stay.

The water pressure in the shower during the evenings gets quite low because of all the neighbors using the water at the same time. The front terrace is beautiful and spacious but unfortunately it cannot be used much because of the very high heat that forms under its cover.

The apartment is the perfect location to explore Chania by foot. The city beach and the old town are only a few minutes walk away. It is located next to a playground with supermarkets close by. Once a week there is a cute little local food market around the corner where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. The big terrace is the perfect spot to relax after walking around in the city. Pavlos is such a nice host and helped us with anything we needed and had great recommendations about restaurants and places to go. We would definitely come back here for another stay.
