Très belle vue sur la mer. Tout est récent. Le salon est immense et bien agréable. 30 minutes de marche pour rejoindre la vieille ville.

This is an extremely nice and well appointed apartment, with very good facilities, and a marvellous balcony and views over the sea and towards Chania. It is in a nice elevated neighbourhood with a supermarket close and bakery within a 7 minute walk, and a nice cove and swimming place within a 10 minute walk. The owner makes sure that there are basics inside the apartment in case you arrive late - pizza in the freezer, coffee, washing up liquid etc. which is a very nice touch. The new archeological museum nearby in Helepa is worth a visit but is expensive at 15 euros entry. The cafeteria there is great.

Very little, but the parking situation was not so clear. There is no allocated parking place for the flat. There is a driveway that is quite steep (downwards) and shared, and not one that would be convenient to use everyday. That said, it is easy to park on road in close by residential areas. There is a bus stop near the flat, but I wasn't able to work out how to use the bus (my bad). The walk to Chania is (by my legs) 40 minutes, not 20 minutes, and even if partly by the sea and quite nice, is long.

Without a doubt, one of the best holiday apartments I’ve ever rented: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a large eat-in kitchen, a very spacious living room with a big TV and Netflix, air conditioning, and above all, a stunning balcony that wraps around the entire apartment, offering panoramic views of the sea and the magnificent sunset. The apartment is just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Chania, strategically located near the main roads leading to the most popular destinations, and there’s no problem finding parking. Finally, Anna is a professional and perfect host: she replies instantly to any request and, if needed, takes action very quickly. I hope to come back soon!

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, which is quite small and has a bathtub with a shower that might be uncomfortable for a tall person (not my case). But this is a minor detail, largely outweighed by all the other excellent features described abovr

Amazing Views! Anna was great, she met us and welcomed us, the apartment is literally New, very close to the center of Chania, you can park on the street about 1 block away. You'll always find parking. Highly recommend it!

Beds- Hard mattresses

Ένα υπέροχο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα 10 λεπτά από την πόλη. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μαγευτική και η περιοχή ήσυχη και ασφαλής με σχετικά εύκολο παρκάρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο! Η Αννα μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα πλατύ χαμόγελο και μας έδωσε οδηγίες για τα πάντα ! σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα ! Με την άφιξη μας, μας περιμένανε κρουασανάκια και ρακί ως κέρασμα, μια κίνηση που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία !

Appartamento molto bello con tutti i comfort cura di tutti i dettagli vicino al centro con una passeggiata di 20 minuti comunque si può andare anche con l autobus il n 11 la fermata è proprio davanti all appartamento la signora che lo gestisce ti aiuta in tutto in qualsiasi cosa ti possa servire

Se proprio devo fare un appunto è il parcheggio che si trova in una rampa e praticamente ci possono parcheggiare anche altre macchine in fila e praticamente ogni volta devi chiamare per far spostare la macchina per uscire quindi noi non ne abbiamo usufruito per evitare questi movimenti ma devo dire che a 100 metri c’è uno spazio per parcheggiare e noi l abbiamo trovato sempre senza problemi

Il faut savoir que les photos présentées dans l annonce correspondent à 3 appartements différents. Cela peut nourrir quelques déceptions et si vous manifestez un quelconque étonnement voire mécontentement, la personne qui gère les biens vous fait comprendre à haute voix que vous n avez qu à partir et trouver un autre bien…. Fermée à toute discussion. Une première pour nous au gré de nos expériences toutes ces années dans différents endroits. Seule fois où nous sommes déçus de l accueil ; cela ne reflète d ailleurs pas l hospitalité grecque.
