The noise coming from upstairs as the sealing was wooden and you child hear all the walking and jumping

Location is perfect. Right in the center of the old town and on a low-traffic street. Bed was comfy. Host was kind and friendly and generally helpful.

Lack of sunlight during the day and too bright at nighttime - there were no curtains. Bathroom was very humid so towels would remain moist and get mildew and swimsuits would not dry. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like toilet paper. Weird furniture placement meant I would often hit the corner of the bed. Could hear noise from outside.

The apartment was located in a good point of chania hold town. The room was clean enough and the bed very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful

The ground floor, where we were staying, has just one window and the door both with a mat glass. Being at the ground floor, the room is dark In the morning with no sunlight and with no curtains make it light at night - we used night masks. Also, the walls are so thin that we could hear the phone ringing of the house in front of us and the steps of the guests upstairs. We were waken up for the first 3 nights of our staying as we could hear every single noise and the other giest were so noisy, but this was not the fault of the host which actually helped us to ask tje other guests to be more silent, despite that, we could still hear some noise coming from the surrounding or the people sitting in the street.
