Atlantic Coast Lodge

We were met on arrival by our host Liam who showed us around and explained everything. The complimentary bottle of wine and treats for the kids were a nice touch. This was the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room with 3 kids under 7. It hits the perfect balance between spacious and cosy with living space, bar and any amount of activities to entertain the little ones downstairs and a cosy family bedroom upstairs. We were only staying one night but there are plenty facilities to cook also if you were staying longer. Only a few minutes away from a number of beaches and places to eat. We also visited the playground in Miltown Malbay and the leisure centre in Lahinch.

Nothing not to like - we had a great stay - kids had a ball and Liam was so welcoming and helpful.

Exceeded our expectations. The games room had more than you could think of, and the bar is a brilliant added touch. We had great fun and our dog Toby really enjoyed his stay too. Also, The beds were really comfy!

My stay at Atlantic Coast Lodge in Spanish Point was wonderful. The room was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The games room is fantastic, featuring a pool table, a dartboard, a music system, and many games to keep us entertained. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The location is perfect, close to the beach. The place was spotless, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend it. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which was a great bonus for us. Hope this helps!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The building is brilliant and has everything you will need. Including a decent pool table, darts and dart board. Playing cards, large smart TV with streaming apps available, etc. the beds are very comfortable and clean.The bathroom (upstairs) is also clean and everything works well..the lock on the front door helped the apartment to feel really safe at night too.

Nothing. 💚 The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and checked in once or twice while we were there to see if there was anything else we needed. We brought our husky and he also really enjoyed the break away, all the beaches etc are amazing. If there was anything to say at all...it might be, that a beside light on the locker would be helpful, as the light switch for the ceiling lights are at the far end of the room and we needed to use the phone light to find our way back to the bed. But that's only at a stretch. The bedroom was warm and so cosy..

The location

Said it had coffee bar one water kettle and 2 packages decaf coffee. Only 2 bathroom towels and nothing in kitchen to wash dishes. Very cold water in sinks. Lots of games but many parts missing so could not use them.

The location was excellent.

With two teenage daughters, they were both looking for a full length mirror :)

The place is designed for a group of friends to play pool or darts..however cues are broken and no chalk , darts are the same too.

AVOID as he will use any excuse to keep the deposit !!!! My husband smoked outside and they made out the place had to be fumagated , absolutely ridicolous and charged us 100 euro extra for cleaning charge.we had hoovered and cleaned after our stay even though it was just 2 of us and our teenager son so no partying took place .The place is designed for a group of friends to play pool or darts but the cues are really bad quality no tips on them and no chalk.darts are really bad too so you would need to bring your own. The place is a converted garage I'd say so very chilly so will be cold and damp in the winter.
