Atlantic Coast Lodge

Great place for friends to spend time together. Had the place all to ourselves, it's not connected to any other building. Bar is a nice touch. Great selection of games darts and pool. Host was very accommodating, especially as we arrived early.

The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean.

The photos online did not reflect what you were really getting. The place was not very clean and the bar area was dirty and didn't smell great. The paintwork was poor throughout not finished well at all. The living room was so dark, the dining table was disgusting and sticky as were all the windows. There was no outside secure area to allow your dog out and no sitting area to spend time in the evening this was very disappointing and the area around the outside of the house was untidy not appealing at all. Certainly not good value for money expensive for what you are getting, came away not enjoying our stay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Unser Ziel waren die Cliffs of Moher, die wir in etwa 30 Minuten erreichten, aber in der Umgebung gibt es auch wunderschöne Strände. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall die sehr bequemen Betten, der äußerst gastfreundliche Wohnungsbesitzer mit schnellem Kontakt sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Billardtisch und anderen Spielen. Die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Stayed for the weekend as a family of 4. We all loved the pool table, darts & games table. The kitchenette was ideal for a short stay with all the essentials we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The host was responsive & very easy to deal with. Thanks for a memorable stay

Full of character (especially if you are a LFC fan) and lots to do like pool table, poker, darts, board games etc. The kitchenette is like a pub bar which is really fun.

Nothing I didn’t like but note there is no oven and it is located in the parking area of the landlords home (it is a converted garage).

Very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet location. Directions were clear and made it easy to find. Liam was very kind, left water and milk for us. On our return from a wedding late at night he’d left delicious fresh sandwiches for us, a most welcome and very thoughtful touch. We couldn’t get a taxi back for our car the next morning so he kindly dropped us back to the village. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.
