Breakfast was not included. The location was excellent for what I needed. The host was exceptional and greeted me on arrival going through everything the property had to offer and making me feel very welcome.

"Perfect family vibe"

Ideal for a family get away. Kids didn’t go near electronics we had a great laugh together playing pool and games. Lots of little treats left for the kids (and us lol) giving it that added touch that was really lovely. Definitely going back with the kids

"It was excellent and Liam could not have been more hospitable. He even drove us out to the Armada."

Liam was an excellent host he drove us out to the Armada in Spanish Point and informed us how to get about the town and visit nearby golf courses.
