Buenas vistas ,y céntrico . Un apartamento con todo lo necesario y con parking que es necesario.

Había hormigas en la cocina. Los baños con zonas negras por moho y con extractores muy ruidosos. Mobiliario de la terraza incómodo

Nice top floor apartment (there's a lift) with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a good sized balcony featuring a great view over the water. It's only a short walk to town and plenty of restaurants. Just across the road from the boulevard from where you can go for a morning or afternoon walk. Excellent lock up garage underneath the building.

The place feels a bit tired with a few things chipped, worn or in need of an upgrade, particularly in the kitchen, which technically has everything you need but in a quite basic way e.g. crockery and cutlery kept in an old cabinet because there are no kitchen drawers. Light bulbs in the bedroom were both blown and the bedroom pillows are uncomfortable.

Apartamento un poco descuidado.Es normal que en zonas de mar haya humedad pero necesita un mantenimiento de rodapiés y daños producidos por la humedad.Los colgadores de los baños estaban rotos.

Situation très agréable, belle vue, proche du centre ,appartement calme et confortable. Et une place de garage privative!
