Location.

There was blood stains on the bed sheets. There are small bugs in the bathroom. The sunroof blinds (the ones that are directly above the bed) does not close fully, meaning that the room gets quite bright as soon as the soon rise (early). For this price (over $1.7k NZD a night), it’s an absolute ripoff, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
