"Why did we want to stay at Lake Tekapo"

Sleep quality

Hard to find location - even with information s. No property number displayed. Essential amenities were not provided. Poor quality toiletries. No room for luggage. We haven't received a nice warm treatment worth our money. We like to feel home away from home feeling. But this was like " hey, you are privileged to stay at our cabin. Who cares about your comfort " .We are at a $400 accommodation last night and they provided everything we needed and more. This is the feeling we wanted from Loghorns. I Requested a $500 refund. And they charged more than we booked for.

Comfortable… if tiny space. Great water pressure. Pretty close to the town centre. We enjoyed our stay. Don’t take lots of luggage!!! There is NOWHERE to put it

"Never stay again shower plug hole was blocked water would not drain kitchen tap was loose heat pump not working"

Views of the lake were rubbish They also state if you leave the kitchen untidy they charge you extra And toilet paper was shocking
