Sadly this place was disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere outside. Do not believe it was value for money spent.

Beautiful view from our room. You can see stars at night very well on a clear night. The room was very very clean! Best thing was the heated mattress

"Peace, quiet, tranquil view"

Big, updated, comfortable bed, lovely shower, awesome view! Another tiny bathroom sink, common in NZ… but it worked fine!

All good, but for those without a car, the last stretch of road had no shoulder to walk on. Could the neighborhood add a walkway to connect to Pepper resort’s walkway? 10-15 minute walk from check in, a little too far and road too rough for rolling luggage.
