Kiva, tilava majoituspaikka. Hyvin varustettu. Harmi, ettei ehdity muuta kuin syödä ja mennä nukkumaan.

Aamiainen ja asiakaspalvelu olivat toisessa paikassa. Aamiaisen varattiin ja peruttiin sen nähtyä. Ei todellakin täyttänyt odotuksia.

Hyvä sijainti ja tilava huoneisto.

Huoneiston siivous on jätetty täysin asiakkaan vastuulle. Tästä ei ole mitään merkintää majoituspaikan tiedoissa booking comissa. Ohjeissa vaaditaan mm. sänkyjen petaus, imurointi, lattioiden luuttuaminen, astioiden pesu ja paikoilleen laitto. Tuskinpa kovin moni näin perusteellista siivousta tekee- ja tämän kyllä näkee. Koska huoneistosta laskutetaan hyvälaatuisen hotellihuoneen hinta, perussiivous pitää tapahtua omistajan puolesta säännöllisesti. Huoneiston tiedoissa oli myös maininta parisängyistä kahdessa makuuhuoneessa -niissä oli ainoastaan yhden hengen sängyt (jotka toki sai siirrettyä vierekkäin). Erittäin huonot tyynyt. Lisäksi kaipaisin esittelylehtistä paikan historiasta.

Terrible customer service! I paid for the manor house but was given an old cabin instead. Then the promised shoreline sauna wasn’t actually opened for us but just an average level “quick heat” sauna. Totally disappointing. And no explanation or compensation from the owner.

Enough space for the whole family

Beware of hidden charges and misleading information. We were very disappointed with our stay. After paying close to a couple of hundred euros per night, we were informed after booking that we still needed to pay extra — €10 per person for bed linen and €5 for towels. For a family of five, that’s quite an additional cost, and this was only mentioned on the ad in small print. It felt misleading and unfair. We booked this place mainly because it advertised having a sauna. However, upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to use it, and it turned out that the controls were located in a completely different part of the property. As a result, we couldn’t use the sauna on the first night. The reception was supposed to be open 24/7, but no one responded to our messages through Booking.com, which made the experience even more frustrating. The next morning, when a staff member arrived with the payment terminal, he eventually agreed not to charge us for the linen and towels — though only after I mentioned filing a complaint about the misleading booking conditions. Another issue was cleaning. Nowhere during the booking process was it stated that guests must clean the apartment themselves. In fact, the Booking.com listing specifically said that the property is cleaned between stays by professionals. Yet once we arrived, there were multiple signs with detailed instructions on what guests must clean before leaving. This was not what we paid for, and it contradicts both the listing and basic consumer rights. To be fair, the apartment itself is quite nice and could have been an enjoyable stay. But the way the property is managed — hidden fees, poor communication, and unrealistic cleaning expectations — makes it feel more like a hostel than a proper holiday apartment.
