La posizione della struttura è senza dubbio molto bella. Pur essendo vicina al centro della città, la casa si trova immersa nel verde, confinante con un bosco.

La struttura è vecchia, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Alcuni dei servizi offerti non erano funzionanti: nell'appartamento più piccolo non funzionavano fornelli, lavastoviglie e sauna. Nota molto negativa relativa alla pulizia: la casa era piena di polvere e l'aria non era per niente salutare: c'era un forte odore di muffa. Il livello di igiene della cucina non era affatto soddisfacente. Inoltre abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa: nonostante abbiamo lasciato l'abitazione più pulita ed ordinata di come l'abbiamo trovata, i gestori ci hanno chiesto un pagamento per pulizie supplementari (pari a 210€).
