Great location. Well appointed. Comfortable.

The switch to the heated towel rail needs a small sign designating it. Also the isolation switch for the shower. Just a small strip detailing what it's for would help. To say there is parking at the flat is misleading. We parked at St Michael's car park for 4£ for 24 hours which was not too far away.

A lovely calm, comfortable, space that was great for people watching with all facilities on the doorstep. Lots of thoughtful touches such as milk and snacks. Good use of space meant that it wasn't cluttered but contained everything needed .

Parking was very difficult, partly due to an autumn heatwave and many people rushing to the coast. Due to the heat we had to keep the windows open and the noise from the street seemed louder in the apartment than at street level as it bounced off the buildings around the plaza. I would be happy to stay in the property again if the weather was cooler and I could close the windows!

the place was not clean, crisps on the sofa - dust everywhere and the bathroom was awful! the cushions on the sofa are dirty were stained and the overall cleanses was not great at all, old foil in the dirty oven, fridge was not cleaned...very dissapointing

Great location, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The welcome gifts were perfect too!

The area was very noisy overnight. We were lucky enough to have warm weather for our stay, so needed to open the windows. The noise on the streets with people leaving the surrounding bars went on until 5am. Very little sleep was had, which was a shame as the bed was so comfy.

Property was in an ideal location, close to bars and restaurants. You can see the sea from both living room and bedroom with lovely large bay windows. It was clean and tidy and upon arrival we received snacks on the coffee table. Easy check in- just received a code to open the door which was quick and simple. Me and my partner come for a couple of days away to enjoy some alone time- lots of choice to eat out and cocktail bars right outside. We also walked the coastal path to Borth which began a short walk away at constitution hill. Parking outside the property is for 2 hours only which is ideal to unload the car- I can see people have complained about parking but if you do a quick check on nearby parking on google it came up with loads of suggestions. We parked in north road car park which cost £6 for 24 hours and it was a 5 minute walk away.

Nothing

Really lovely little flat right in the centre of town. Facilities were excellent and the place scrupulously clean which is pretty amazing considering the decor was neutral/pale. Milk and some chocolates waiting for us which was a nice touch. Charger in the kitchen drawer etc - just very thoughtful. Lovely window views to the promenade which we we enjoyed and a short walk to some bars/coffee shops.

Not the fault of the property at all but it was noisy outside until the early hours. The downside of such a good location near the town facilities. Wouldn't put us off staying here again though. Also be aware that parking in Aberystwyth is pretty dire all round. Parking on nearby streets is 2 hours max so there was a lot of moving the car around with no large pay & display car park to be seen anywhere. We parked near the hospital on a residential street with no restrictions in the end and it was a 10 minute walk back to the flat.
