Amazing apartment - clean, spacious, roomy with well equipped kitchen/laundry/ bathroom in an excellent location in Noosa. Walking distance to Hasting's street but tucked away in a quieter location near the National Park. Will definitely stay here again!

The kitchen clock is very loud and I was unable to turn it off.

Great location, close to the beach and heart of Noosa. Very comfy accommodation and great value. 2 bedrooms and full kitchen. Nice outdoor balcony.

18 steps to front door of property and a steep hill to walk home. Clock on oven quite loud so had to use 2nd bedroom.

Facilities were great for a family.

Wasn't very clean and very dusty under beds and on ledges.

The location was convenient for the little cove beach and Noosa main beach.

The apartment is really a one bed apartment, not 2. The second bedroom was poorly retro fitted with a tiny non ceiling partition in the living room. So, The light shines in via a skylight in the pretend bedroom at 4.30 am, and so sleeping beyond that was impossible. The retro fitted bedroom taking up living space does not allow for adequate living space for 4 people, especially given a large oversized couch and massive chest in the living room. So, The photos of the living area are inaccurate- in reality, there is no space to sit or stand comfortably in the living room. None! The air conditioner capacity is too small for the living space/ retro fitted bedroom, so it was ineffective. The other bedroom did not have an air con. The shower/ bathroom tiles were dirty with grime and soap scum, so we showered with our thongs on. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom, so it was smelly. The balcony was also dirty, not just with sand, but with food spills and splashes. It needs to be washed. The light bulb was removed from the back stairs that leads outside, presumably to save electricity costs, but it’s dangerous to walk in darkness down stairs. In summary, location was great but does not make up for an uncomfortable stay.

Balcony not cleaned, sand on the balcony and in the balcony doormat. Interior cleaning was good.
