Location can't be beat. Bed comfortable. Clean. Excellent soundproofing.

Wouldnt advise in hot weather especially if you need both bedrooms. Chose because it says it has AC but only has in one room and it is very loud. It's a steady 29-30 indoors regardless of time of day which for me isnt comfortable. Everyones different though so if you need 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and a washer, the place is clean and well located and quiet.
