I loved the location and the style of the place. My only request is that the pool jets and waterfall that can be turned on was a little more accessible- the pool was amazing!!!🤩

Great place to stay, 10min walk to the center, 10min walk to the couvent. very clean and safe. The pool in the front building is very good We also renter a scooter and visited the cenotes and ekbalam as well as the city Manuel and carolina are awesome and helped us with a lot of useful information The room also had tap water, condiments, oil, honey.

Everything was good

Really comfortable bed, nicely laid out apartment. Thoughtful provision of coffee, honey, oil, salt, pepper and water. Decently equipped kitchen compared to other equivalent accommodation.

Windows leaked a bit during a storm, but not significant problem. The pool is across the road and in a building site at time of our stay.

Cozy and clean, 15 minutes walk from the center. Swimming pool is a plus.

The location in wonderful and the decoration are tasteful and and very cozy and the bed was very comfy.

The shower didn't work for the first day and then we removed the shower head to check for debris and it was full of the limstone which is normal for this area but they should clean it better for guests because if you're not from here you wouldn't know this.

Nicely decorated and comfortable room. They provide free drinking water.

The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit low, takes long before hot water works. The swimming pool does not look like on the pictures, it was full of leaves and next to a building site at the opposite side of the road. After asking in the store below our appartment we found out we had to walk to this building site of a new hotel to find people that could give us the key, this was not clear.

Clean, good room, great value.

Location, very laud in the night.

Manuel was really welcoming. The room was really comfortable with free coffee and water (even a sewing kit and an iron). The location was decent, with only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Only downsides were the road is a little noisy.
