Room is super comfortable with a huge bed, lots of space and a decent bathroom. Check-in was very smooth and flexible (we arrived a few hours before actual check-in time). The pools on the opposite side of the street are great, and there's even a hammock in the room.

Location is fine during the day, but not ideal at night. Its 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre.

The room itself was nice. Big bed, little kitchen with fridge, private bathroom with shower. You get fresh water and coffee.

We had multiple problems. The AC did not work because there was only one battery in the remote. It was a hassle to get that fixed since the response to whatsapp or booking message is slow. The pool isn't as shown on the photo's. It was full of leaves and the pumps not running so the water was completely still. That also made it more dirty. We went out for dinner, we came back and the gate was closed with a padlock. On the Keychain we had two keys, one for the room and one for the padlock. The key for the padlock was the wrong key and we couldn't get in. We tried for a long time and were about to climb over the fence (which is not easy to do) when the receptionist came to help. That was the moment we got a different key. The road was next to the door, we were on the first floor. The street is not that busy, but when a car comes by it's like it drives next to the bed. No sound isolation at all.

Great value for money. Location is very central to visit the hotspot in Valladolid. Interior looks amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by how good everything is and also really appreciated the free water we got and especially the abundance of it.

Super nice place, very close to the center of Valladolid. We loved the intrior. It was also very well equipped. Smooth check in and communication with the host. Overall highly recommended.

Super cute place, decorated nicely with a lot of heart. Free drinking water in the room was provided as well as stuff to make coffee. Large bed, warm water, location within 10 min by foot to the city center.

We were overall super happy, we only hadn't realized the advertised pools were across the street. In the end we never tried going there as we were only here shortly. Also, the curtains do not really block out the light and the windows are not super noise-blocking, so might not be optimal if you are a light sleeper.

Very friendly owners, very uncomplicated check-in and check-out. It is located ~10min by walk from the main touristic area, thus ideal for strolls through the city. Also, collectives to Chitzen-Itza are close. Finally, you can rent excellent scooters (we had no problems)

The host provide an additional table and blender which made our stay more comfortable

It is a very confusing place to find - the local taxis go a variety of ways making it even more confusing - but it is walkable to the centre when you get your bearings. The pool is on the opposite side of the road and too time consuming for a quick dip.

basically everything the host really do best to set everything by what needed in the room small AID kit iron etc I mostly miss that in my Mexico tour here it was in the room
