Lovely little lock up and go place. Everything you need just a short stroll to the beach.

The wifi was not always on.

Area for my dogs and outside seeting area at the braai. Very close to the Beach and Voorstrand Restaurant. Received fresh towels and bedding during our stay. We had a problem with our Wi Gi an was sorted the following day.

Just to many locals coming buy each day and selling crayfish

The unit is cute and homely! The FULL DSTV was a wonderful surprise! Felt safe. Good space for one with my dog.

The mattress was very hard & uncomfortable which was an issue for 3 nights! The stove is really too small to cook anything and battled to work it - there should be instructions supplied. The plugs were "dodgy", worked then didn't work and had to plug in kettle elsewhere. The DSTV remote did not work and had to change channels manually which was most annoying.

There was a loud knocking the first night but we managed to get someone to come and remove what was knocking on the roof and the last 3 days were better.

The photos on the website looked lovely. However, this place is a total nightmare. You walk into a very smelly unit. A fan was left running, probably to mask the mold smell. Mold on the ceilings throughout the unit and even found mold in the cupboards in the living area as well as inside kitchen cupboard, right next to your pots and pans. Dusty kitchen counters and glasses in the kitchen area were not cleaned properly. There was even mold on the lampshade in the living area. Dirty shower, no extractor fan in that small bathroom. Dirty bedding and towels were stained and had holes. Dirty and dusty blinds, broken security bars in the bathroom. There was no alarm in the unit. We were moved to another unit that was not much better. A total disaster.
