Apartment at De Soleil Hotel on Ocean Drive

Jus the location

the shower was full of sand on the floor, in general the room was dirty. There was no ice or filtered water.

Great locations, close to the beach and all the restaurants. The room was spacious with everything we needed except the shampoo

Location was amazing. Hosts were fantastic returning promptly in response to queries, and very kindly allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost. Good on-site restaurant.

Pool was a bit hot, and a washing machine would have been very handy.

The only negative thing was the place looks warn and therefore doesn’t look as clean as it should. My advice is also to get rid of the white chair. It looks drab and ripped. It’s the first thing you see upon entering.

The apartment was dated and dirty.

The lack of a clean place to stay

- Great location! Everything is near, beach, restaurants, shops... - Comfortable pillows. - Soft sheets. - Spacious bathroom. - Nice balcony. - Quiet hotel, no noise inside of the building. - Lovely pool with warm water.

- Very loud air conditioning, we couln't use it during nights. - Disturbing loud music outside during nights. - Freezer was only a tiny box inside of the refridgerator and it was almost full of ice. - Only dim lights all over the apartment. - We spent there 9 nights and there wasn't any cleaning service. I asked about it during our stay and got an answer "We come by every 7 days to take out the trash but we do not do the dishes." They didn't come to take out the trash. I had earlier received an information letter and there was written "Cleaning service is available as needed... The dishes and utensils are washed by maids." - Poor guides for the pool, gym and garbage cans (we carried trash out) in the building.

Breakfast was great the environment was great beaches was great room was great location was great.

I didn’t like how the room was not clean and bathroom was not clean either. One thing for sure you have to have a very clean room no matter what. You will have to do better in that area if you are charging what you charge for the rooms and parking at hotel. Parking at hotel and paying 150 is ridiculous. Why do I have to pay for parking and I have a room there is crazy and they made us pay 150 dollars. If I’m a guest there and I have a room I should have to pay for parking at the hotel that I’m a guest off. Ridiculous.

Parking sucks.

The property is an apartment with entrances on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. it has the Front Porch cafe serving food all day and has a private pool accessed via level 2. The accommodation is stylish and vintage.
