Captain's Cove All Accessible Luxury Apartment with Free Netflix

Plenty of room, great amenities.

Bed was uncomfortable

Its clean and nice place , Except the building is very poorly built. We couldn’t sleep for 3nights , people in the second floor sound ed like they were going to fall through the first floor ceiling. The sound was horrendous even though it was obvious that the residents on the top floor were going about their normal walking there. The transitions from carpet to floating floors had nails coming through and the children were stabbed every time they went in and out of the room. The nespresso machine was leaking and the washing machine was left with laundry in it. When we asked the cleaner how to work the laundry machine she said that she didn’t know. The car spaces were extremely small. According to management the noise level has been a problem there for a while.Be wary of spending your hard earned at this place if you want some rest and relaxation.

Lovely quiet location, except for the heavy footed guests above us in the apartment above.

I booked a fully accessible ground floor unit with disability access in bathroom through Booking.com. Upon arrival we were told that they had given me fully accessible unit to someone who had booked directly from their website. The male manager said someone had tried to call me twice to see if I had specific requirements, but funny no missed calls were found on my phone.!! My husband who is disabled was forced to make do but shower was too unsafe for him. Stomping from guests upstairs. Advertised with free Netflix but you still need to have an account. No full free access. Wifi kept dropping in and out. Couldn't even watch YouTube successfully. Lounge suite and chairs were dirty. The rug in main lounge was extremely dirty. The blinds in living room and kitchen had multiple dirty marks. Very difficult parking with a carport that has posts everywhere and with a large car, not easy.

Apartment was clean and spacious and well stocked with utensils. Great to have Netflix and wi-fi access.

As we were in a downstairs apartment, there was a lot of noise form people moving in the above apartment and there was some sort of hammering late at night.

Can hear people moving around upstairs.

The property was very clean with all basic amenities.
