Captain's Cove All Accessible Luxury Apartment with Free Netflix

The spacious area for bathroom was very good! Plenty of room for wheelies, easy to get around in the apartment, clean & tidy,

the blind cord in the main bedroom was out of reach, but staff came to pull them down, longer cord would be ideal

Location is great, clean and very comfortable. Everything was well supplied and great

In above 30c it would have been great to have a covered car park. Gr story appt. Above story guest arrived and the noise and stomping was not pleasant. Would never stay in a ground floor apartment again.

Advertise Netflix not connected. WiFi had issues re connecting Wet room could have used a mop to clean wet floors after shower Car par carport not designed for 4x4 vehicle

The property was comfortable and warm.

We could not access Netflix, it kept going to error and we tried several times during our stay. The pool when we went to use it was dirty (clumps of hair) so did not go for a swim. The switch to the outside porch was broken.

Bed was too soft and uncomfortable. On the second night we had people arrive in the upstairs apartment and the sound of them walking above us was very loud no insulation between the apartments and when we were in bed, we could hear them getting in and out of there bed.

Netflix glitchy or wouldn’t load at all. Indoor heated pool was cold.
