The apartment is well decorated and cosy. Has all amenities. Set in a good location for metro and food options. The staff were lovely and tried to help as much as possible. We were able to chill on roof top until check in time.

Super central location, super large room. Bathroom was ok, we did not manage to handle the TV. Kitchenette had almost everything needed.

Bed was smallish. There's a concierge letting you in/out downstairs, but not sure if it's an asset, as the language barrier was there and they seemed to just do the script, rather than really assist. They were friendly but without knowing Spanish it's more of an awkward conversations all over rather than assistance. Another thing - the rules/wifi passwords are all online (you won't get your internet without having internet) and presented in a very weird format. I'd rather appreciate providing at least basic info printed. Not a big problem if you only stay couple of days, but for longer stays the question of recycling, sorting and other stuff is not too obvious.

Location! Right behind the National art gallery. It was quiet at night. And a 10min walk to zocalo and 5 mins to alameda. It was a large room and has a kitchenette. Which is very handy. And the laundry room was great!

There isn’t really 24 hr reception. At night, It’s a care taker who doesn’t speak English. But thankfully I could whassapp someone from the property and the response was prompt. But after I settle in, i didn’t really need any 24 hr reception. Everything was planned out quite well.

Overall we loved this apartment. It is fairly small but perfectly set up. The location, security, esthetics, view, kitchen equipment, bed, shower...all great. The 24 hour concierge service was nice, as well as pay laundry on each floor and the elevator. There are wonderful sites to see nearby and easy walking distance to the zocalo.

Only two things weren't perfect. There was a funny smell in the apartment, maybe due to cleaning products or poor ventilation. The windows to the street perfectly cut out the noise but offer little fresh air. We kept the bathroom fan on quite often and used the portable fan with the window and door open to try to refresh the air. Also, a small point: the black sling chair looks good but is very hard and uncomfortable, so it was hard for two of us to sit in comfort and watch the TV.

Clean, centrally located for the historic centre . Property is very secure with doorman entry only 24h a day . I would not hesitate in recommending this place or staying again .
