Loved the location and facilities, fresh linen provided on request, provided new kettle within an hour of requesting as one in the apartment stopped working. Staff very helpful.

Sink could do with better drainage around the worktop, fresh tea towels would of been great, one provided had holes in it, would like to have seen some oven proof dishes as only tray provided
