Hengar Manor Apartments

The price-performance ratio is good and compared to other apartments around the price was unbeatable. The apartment was alright with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There was a parking spot in front of the building, which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No free Wi-Fi, you have to pay quite a lot for it. There is no soap in the apartment and also not one tab for the dish washer. As already said before, for the price it was still good, which is why we rated it with an 8.

Long stairs unable to climb up to the apartment booked, we were given a caravan as a replacement, a day later than arrival. Forced to stay off-site for our first night, at a Travelodge at our cost. No refund of one nights booking! Given a poor standard of caravan in an almost empty site.. Hard mattresses on caravan bed, no bedside reading lights Dirty kitchen cooking pans and floor, dustpan left in kitchen cupboard with cooking tools,greasy washing up bowl Faulty and dangerous bedroom window catch No quality or safety check had been carried out before we were offered the caravan at same rate as apartment, for one less night.

Amazing facilities, lovely big apartment in the old manor house. I wish we had booked longer to make use of the facilities. Kitchen had everything we needed (except tea towel and oven glove). Lovely grounds and fantastic laundrette.

We liked it all. Very clean and tidy. Safe and relaxing environment. Little shop was very handy, and staff was friendly. . We definitely go again for a longer stay.

I thought the site was very good in all aspects

There was no wi fi in the secret garden and the heating and hot water did not work was cold especially being a old listed building.the water heater was twitched on aswell strange.
