Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean, fantastic value for money

Stairs down from the Manor house were a bit slippery in the rainy weather

The location is set in lovely countryside easy to get to. The one bedroomed apartment we stayed in was great very clean and tidy the bed was comfortable no problems at all. The food in restaurant was good and affordable Great place to stay will be going back again

We stayed in a double room apartment at the Hengar Manor Apartments. The apartment was spacious but very dirty. I think that nobody cleaned there properly for a long time. There were spider webs everywhere, loads of dust, … The kitchen was quite well equipped but it was dirty inside the cupboards and there were spiders everywhere. It didn’t smell very nice there either. The carpets and curtain seemed yellow-ish. I had to clean the whole apartment before I felt at least a little bit comfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all and unfortunately I would NOT recommend it.
