Utopia Apartments

Great location. The apartment was a really good size and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Will definitely be booking again.

It was well located, clean and tidy, everything you needed for a short break was in the apartment the view was really nice as well taking in both the surrounding area and the sea.

Very friendly greeting from Lou. We were in the Penhale flat so had a view to the sea. Location is great, parking directly in front of the house also. The flat was very clean, had all that we needed in the kitchen (well except a dishwasher 🤣 but that is not "needed" so... ) Shower is easy to use and worked perfectly. TV has every program you could wish for (which was very good after I tore my ankle ligaments on the cliff path and had to spend a day in the flat.) Perranporth beach is amazing. We would definitely come again.

Met our needs perfectly, very quite location as well and the view from the room was wonderful.
