Turquesa Beach&Pool Apartaments

Good sized apartment with a lovely terrace and pool. Excellent location, less than five minutes walk to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very close to the airport too. There were English language books available to borrow/read which was great. The pool is only shared between three apartments so there was always space to sit/it didn't get too busy.

There are recycling bins right outside the bedroom so it's very noisy when people are disposing of glass and when the bins are emptied. Of course this isn't the host's fault but I didn't get much sleep, would recommend bringing ear plugs. The pool could have been cleaner especially after it rained and there were a few more things I needed in the kitchen such as scissors and another chopping board. Host provided salt and pepper, tea and coffee, but a little bit of cooking oil would have been a massive bonus. It wasn't worth me buying for such a short time.

We stay for business, 6 People, only 2 double rooms, another one no Good location, very poor service. We were 6 adults for work. Only two rooms. The other room had a small bed and a mattress on the floor, no sheets, no pillows. Not even a mop or scouring pad in the kitchen. Very poor. In the end, a good location, a nice but dirty and neglected house, and the feeling of being a pure business. Poor communication. We called to inquire as soon as we arrived, where sheets and pillows were, and we're still waiting.

The sunbeds could have done with cushions. Also it would have been nice to have had a parasol available…

We were extremely happy with the location. Close to the airport, beach and shopping center. Check in was really easy with the lock box. The bed was comfortable and we had most cooking utensils available. The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony area. The pool was cleaned every couple of days, nice sun trap and few sunloungers

The apartment balcony was not fully child friendly, even though it had a gate. A small child could easily climb through the gap to the stairs, leading to the apartment above or directly to the pool area. On the first night, there was a roof leak so bad that our bed in the front room was soaked. The cushions, bedding, & sofa throws were all very old and in need of replacement. It just lacked 100% comfort.. the balcony umbrella was broken, sunloungers had nails sticking out. The bathroom STINKS so BADLY of sewage, damp, rotton eggs ( unfortunately, we didn't have the funds to go elsewhere.) But this was unbearable for the whole stay. I did mention it to the owner and nothing was done. We had to close the bathroom door to keep the stench in. The street that the apartment is located is noisy at night time and the pool water is ice cold. The electric in the apartment trips with the toaster. The accommodation just needs maintaining and development of the decor

Location really suited us- quiet and amenities nearby.

The paint in the bathroom was peeling and liiked unsightly, also the couch wasn't very comfortable

Lots to like + great location + spacious rooms + lovely pool area + free wifi + all the cooking facilities you would need (no oven but doubt you would need one) + big comfortable bed, slept very well + very clean on arrival + excellent value for money + beach towels supplied albeit small and poor quality + washing machine. Ironing board and hair dryer provided

Some small improvements would make a big difference to guests - information on how to enter property not received until just before flight out which is a little worrying in case arrive and locked out - some maintenance could be carried out such as cupboard door handle falling off, certain poles need fixed and light fitting in kitchen needs lifted and repaired - biggest disappointment was that the apartment was not cleaned our serviced at all during the 5 night stay and there were only two bath towels for us both which were very poor quality. - spare bin liners would have enabled us to empty buns more regularly - we arrived late and didn’t know where to find a shop open and there isn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge, which would have been an inexpensive welcome touch for guests - be aware there is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed In February and if was supplied would increase price of property - a lot of steps and narrow staircase so if you have mobility issues it may not be ideal

Location

The property was very clean . The location is perfect, only 6 min away from Airport. The owners were ready to help in everything.

Lack of a sponge for dishes. Lack of soap to wash hands. All other things are perfect.
