Very peaceful and lots of space. Property within the local community with lots of shops + cafes. Walking distance from Airport.

The Pool is very cold - but it was December !

Appartamento funzionale e pratico al piano terra

Essendo al piano terra, dal bagno usciva purtroppo un cattivo odore continuo

The apartment is well located and there’s usually street parking available right next to the place or close by. The kitchen was well equpped although would have been nice if condiments (oil, pepper etc) were available. The pool area is well sheltered from the the wind and has sun for most of the day. The neighborhood is peaceful and has some restaurants close by. The patio are faces the sun the entire day.

Received check-in information half an hour after the promised check-in time and only after several messages on Booking and Whatsapp and a phone call. There was no hot water from the bathroom tap and there was only a single roll of toilet paper. One of the double beds was actually 2 single beds pushed togehter with no top mattress so you’d keep falling between the two at night. The walls are thin and you can hear pushing chairs and water running from the apartment above. The place was generally clean but the floors were dusty in some places and the shower walls are somewhat grimey. There were some cockroaches in the apartment that according to the host come from the outside.

Lovely apartment in a quiet part of Lanzarote, had everything we needed. Pool was an added bonus. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall.

No air conditioning

Appartement très bien équipé et très propres. Piscine très agréable Proche de la mer , idéal pour se balader Facile pour se garer dans la rue Proche de l aéroport et de commerces

Bruit des poubelles le matin et le bruit des avions Mais pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt et partent se balader ce n est pas gênant .

Logement très jolie avec petite terrasse et piscine. Literie très confortable. Situation géographique parfaite.
