The location and pool

We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. There was visible mould in several areas, and some doors were damaged or not working properly. The presence of mould is unacceptable and raises health concerns. Overall, the property is poorly maintained and not in an acceptable condition. Basic supplies were insufficient: for 5 people staying 4 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. We also had to buy dish soap and a sponge ourselves. This is not what we expect from a rental property. Although the location is quiet and the apartment is nicely decorated, the overall quality does not justify the price. We would not recommend staying here.

Gostitelj je bil zelo odziven. Ker je bilo mrzlo, smo ga prosili za dodaten električni radiator. Dostavil nam ga je v manj kot eni uri.

Terrasse kun mod nord så i skyggen. Soveværelset var i kælderen med bitte små vinduer. Meget smal trappe ned til badeværelset/soveværelset. Meget slidt sofa i den lille stue. Meget mangelfuldt køkken fx kun 1 alm glas

Estancias amplias y bien ubicado

La limpieza muy por encima, la terraza y escaleras de acceso directamente sin limpiar desde hace tiempo. Muy descuidada: sábanas pequeñas y pasadas, cortina descolgada, picaportes rotos, faltaba menaje de cocina, cristales sucios… Cuando llegamos a hacer el checking la casa estaba tirada y sin limpiar, tardaron en contestarnos y en darnos la casa más de dos horas… Llevamos muchos años viajando alquilando casas y hacía mucho que no nos encontrábamos una casa así de descuidada y con tanta falta de atención

Logement et cadre très agréable, beaucoup de charme, très bien situé, stationnement très pratique, idéal pour partir à la découverte de Lanzarote

Location was good.. Loved the apartment..

There was a shortage of plates (few were chipped) cutlery. oven Tray even sink plug.. The pictures show cushions on sunbed and set on patio.. But none avaliable.. The floor was making my feet black with the dirt
