Not accessible if you have any mobility issues or a heavy suitcase.

The property was mostly clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was an easy drive into Gosford and other facilities (e.g. fuel, groceries etc) not far away

The property is next to the train line, between the noise from the trains (passenger ones were ok, freight trains not on the other hand) and the horrible beds, we had a sleepless night for our first night and decided to cut our stay short rather than stay another night. When we contacted the owner to let them know they did not even reply, we still had to pay the full night despite leaving early. When we were ready to check in, we found we had to complete additional paperwork and ring the owner to secure a holding deposit before getting the access code. This could have been done well before the check-in day to make things easier but I was only sent the information a few hours before check-in and then it took me more than 10 times to call to get through to the owner. The photos of the property are not recent, it is a little tired. Also, bring your binoculars if you want to watch tv in the living area. Don't be fooled by the picture online suggesting it is next to the water, you can't see it at all from the property and would not know it was there unless you went looking (past the train lines). We will certainly not be back.

Clean amenities, modern facilities

Only aircons were upstairs, the humidity made the ground floor so hot and muggy it was hard to sleep, also the upstairs bed squeaks quite loudy which the bottom floor hears very clearly.
