Clean, comfortable. Great area, nice and quiet.

The gravel / rocks used between the pavers that lead to the entrances make it difficult to wheel cases (we were in the area for a dance competition so had a lot of heavy luggage).

Well appointed, very comfortable & spacious, this lovely clean home suited us perfectly inside & out.. The backyard was enjoyed by our dog and the close proximity to the walk/cycle track between Woy Woy & Gosford is a great feature.

it’s across the road from a train line that services loud trains, the pictures give the impression of a relaxing beach getaway when in reality it’s a house in a street with noisy Trina the Hough the night. only some of the beds were comfortable but all in all the presentation was excellent

There was enough space for all of us to not feel cramped.

A lot of things broken (clothes line, dishwasher seal) or on the brink of breaking. There was NO mention of the train line immediately across the road which kept us awake for the whole holiday.

We had a family wedding 5mins away in Gosford, it was very convenient to us. We basically just needed the house as a base and to sleep in between the wedding festivities. As well as we weren't bringing the children but then changed our minds last minute and preferred a house for our family as opposed to a hotel. Place was nice, clean, had every amenity you could ever need, it was perfect for our needs. Louise was a great host, offered her services if ever we needed, thank you!
