"Good"

Location was excellent, convenient to the beach and river. Lounge spacious and gracious. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the world go by. Good value for money.

Biggest problem was aging infrastructure. Water from taps just trickled and hot water was tepid at best. Toilet dripped all night. No onsite support, though telephone response was prompt and friendly. No wifi, which we had come to expect as standard.

Liked everything about the place very neat and tidy. Location was great close to the shopping center and beach

The shower needs an upgrade and the kettle needs to be replaced because it was bad

Nothing worse place ever. Entered with a horrible smell. Broken kettle. Furniture terrible. Please see to the place. Wasted money!!!!!!!!

See above. Nothing. Everything was horrible and stinking. Broken. Never again 42 SETTLER SANDS.

Apartment is very spacious

The trelli door at the kitchen was a bit of a challenge to open and close. The glass kitchen door was a bit of see through so you wouldn't know who's looking through the door at night.

"Had high expectations but was disappointed a bit"

the location is excellent, closer to the beach and also closer to other amenities like shops

We couldn't watch the tv, only open view available, no steaming available like dstv or netflix, was even worse it was a weekend and wanted to watch sports. the bed.
