ITL'appartamento era spazioso, molto pulito e funzionale. È situato su una strada tranquilla, in un quartiere vivace dal punto di vista dei locali e dei ristoranti (alcuni ristoranti nelle vicinanze erano veramente ottimi ed erano anche consigliati dal nostro host nella sua guida). Avevamo letto molte recensioni sulle difficoltà del parcheggio nei paraggi e la possibilità di prendere multe: effettivamente Quebec city è una città con una segnaletica parcheggi non proprio immediata da interpretare. Noi siamo riusciti a parcheggiare gratuitamente a 10 min da casa, ma vista la poca chiarezza dei cartelli abbiamo fatto anche per sicurezza un doppio check con il nostro host, che è stato molto gentile a chiarire i nostri dubbi.
La questione della scarsa insonorizzazione (sia per i rumori del traffico, sia per i rumori del piano di sopra), è in effetti reale. fortunatamente l'appartamento è situato in una via non è particolarmente movimentata, il rumore è sostanzialmente quello delle macchine e ci si abitua abbastanza. Il quartiere, nonostante i locali e i ristoranti anche molto carini, presenta, in qualche traversa, qualche situazione di disagio sociale, ormai classica di tutte le grandi città del nord america. non abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere in pericolo, tuttavia è qualcosa che può fare un po' effetto.

Les portes de la chambre sont des portes coulissantes en bois qui ne fermaient pas super bien.
CAGreat location in Saint-Roch. Easy access to many bus lines. Close to a nice commercial street with lots of good restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful public library. We traveled to different parts of the city with no issues. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering how close the place is to a busy street.
I do want to mention that some people may be taken aback by the number of unhoused people hanging around the main thoroughfares in the area, often in various states of consciousness. Saint-Roch has been affected by the same worsening issues plaguing many cities across North America (high rents, lack of social resources, stronger dr*gs). With that being said, we always felt safe in the accommodation and only needed to apply basic street smart rules to navigate the streets with no issues. I would still fully recommend this place.

Le matelas était trop ferme et les oreillers ne sont pas bon.on dirait plus des coussins pour divans qu'oreillers de literie..j'ai pas bien dormi et avait mal au coup. Ça ne ferait pas de tort d'investir dans des oreillers de qualité.
