We really enjoyed our stay, it had all what we needed for our stay.

Location is convenient. Just ten minutes' walk from the historic centre of Quebec, closer to the coach station. Fine café and supermarket within a couple of minutes' walk provided breakfast and many food options. Also close to a microbrewery pub with nice food and to many restaurants including the well-known jjacques. Although on a main road, this comfortable and well-equipped accommodation is at the quiet rear of a large building. Bus service from outside goes direct to Montmorency Falls.

Getting into the building from the paid parking lot was a bit confusing at first. I would also recommend mentioning the parking lot prices in the listing.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was good. It was a block away from cafes and restaurants as well as a grocery store. It was walking distance from the train/bus station, the old town and other neighborhoods.

I had a few problems with small things, but the managers were very responsive and were able to sort everything out quickly.

Seems like a perfect place for a multiple-day stay doing some cooking in the room. Kitchen very well stocked. We weren't there long enough to take full advantage of the place. Very nice rooftop deck. Location is very good if doing day trips out of Quebec. Very short drive into Old Town.

I slept on the couch, which was comfortable enough. If opened into a double bed, it is basically a thick foam pad on the floor. Good set up for three people; two mature couples, probably not. When we were there, there was an issue with homeless in the tunnel to parking. I wouldn't feel comfortable as a single woman walking to my car. I understand that the issue is receiving attention of authorities.

The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning as the weather was very humid, but lounge did so we kept the door open.

The property was clean and neat. Decorations were tasteful. Lots of good spices for cooking but we did not cook. Very quick response from the host.

Some lights did not work. Bathroom sink drain was very slow in draining. Location is next to a derelict looking parking lot. No hand towels provided. Only one elevator for the wing.

Its location and it was comfortable and all essential ingredients for meal prep was provided
