"Exceptional condo when visiting Quebec's old city."

Brand new condo, walking distance to Quebec's old town. Swimming pool on the roof. Kitchen is very well furbished and Metro Plus nearby if you want to cook. Very comfortable overall.

Location is close to a homeless shelter (Lauberivière). We did not feel threatened during the day but this could be intimidating to some (kids were feeling uneasy). My wife was reluctant to walk out at night due to this.

Brand-new building of all holiday rentals. The pool area was nice, large (and popular). The apartment was nicely-sized, excellent bathroom, and entry was a breeze (but make sure to really PULL the door towards you to open!) The main drag of St Roch is rough around the edges but you quickly see that’s a plus—the side streets are filled with charm and you’re well out of the tourist trap zone—but with easy access to old city. This neighborhood is filled with inspiring restaurants. Go for the Vieux Ville, but fall in love with the foodie scene!

Entry is easy using a code but it was a little confusing the very first try. Boulevard Charles Est is a little rough around the edges; we felt safe but use common sense and awareness.
