CONDO MID-CENTURY MODERN STYLE - POOL/TERRACE

Great value, good location, very good if you want a quiet location that's a bit away from the bustle of the old town, but 10 minute walking distance to old town. Also, there's a grocery store right across the street, so really easy to get things to eat. There is a mini well-stocked kitchen to cook, with a mini dishwasher and even an oven and a microwave. There is also a nespresso machine with one capsule per guest per day. There is a smart TV that has netflix etc. that you can access if you have an account, and you can also connect it to your computer, which is great. I thought it was great in terms of amenities, it was just the perfect place to rest after a long day of being out and about. There's one bed that can be shared by two people and a sofa bed that is about the same size, but also probably best for one person. The sofabed was very comfy. The host was super friendly and easy to reach via messaging; they also booked a taxi to the airport for us which was super nice of them. All in all, excellent experience, very clean and cute apartment, best value.

I think if it were a little closer to old town, it would have been nicer, esp during the winter. But I think during good weather, a 10 minute walk isn't bad at all.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Great communication with owner and easy check in. This condo is in a new building, in an area that is being rejuvenated. Paid parking is close by. Everything in this very well equipped condo is new. The condo is very clean and within walking distance to Old Quebec. We highly recommend this accommodation and we would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is in a superb condition! Location is also a minute away from bus stops going to Old Montreal and other places.
