Gite du Quartier des Arts

Could not have hoped for better than using Gite as our home base for our weeklong stay in Quebec City. The location was great - a not too long beautiful walk to the Old City. By not staying in the Old City, we were motivated to explore other nearby lively neighborhoods that we may not have seen otherwise. Having on site free parking was a big plus. Our room was very spacious and immaculate as were the other facilities - kitchen and bathroom. Anny and Eric were welcoming and responsive to our questions and requests. An all around great experience.

Great breakfast and coffee.

Very clean, cute and cozy room. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very responsive whenever I had a question. They provide fruits and baking goods in the common area, which is a nice touch. Personally I also loved the location. Not in the touristy area, but a quick ten minute walk to shops and restaurants and a short bus ride to the old town. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Exceptional stay in both comfort and welcoming hosts. Perfect location just 5’ from bus stop, 10’ from great shopping and restaurants, and 30’ from downtown. Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, etc.. the hosts are excellent leaving bagels, fruits, cakes, daily. Highly recommended.

Outstanding location: a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with easy access to the Old Town of Quebec City. The hosts made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, comfortable and charming. Loved it!
