View to the sea

The hotel is dificult to find and dificult for orientation.

The views were great and the staff at reception were oveverall friendly and tried hard to remedy our poor experience.

Had changed rooms, we were supposedly upgraded because of previous rooms issues. But the view and square footage was smaller. The new room came with its own issues. We had staff enter unannounced to our room. Our room was forgotten about when it came to cleaning. Air-conditioning issues. Broken skirting boards and block of wood was placed in front of a broken wall as a facade. WiFi did not work in either room. Bathroom facilities were ok. But there was no hook to hang the shower head up. So you had to drape it over the taps and hold it up whilst showering. T.V outdated grainy and crooked. Hanging off the wall. Facilities did not run as intended ie: pool hour l showed it closed 20:00 (which itself is ridiculous for a rooftop bar) but instead closed at 19:20. Spa was Ice cold, the pool was warmer. Broken tiles inside pool. Electrical unit right next to pool and staff put chemicals in pool whilst it was in use. The venue and the location is great it's just a shame upkeep and greater care is not taken for it. Reception staff provided a partial discount. However I would rather pay full price for a room that reflects a properties rating and pictures as depicted on booking sites. Not a great way to spend your 3 year anniversary

Location of the property is very good. We had a sea view and it was wonderful. A little bit noisy in the evening but you can close the door and switch on an air conditioner.

I travelled with my husband, son and parents. We settled on a room with 2 bedrooms, but sofa in one the bedrooms was very small it was only for 1 person and broken in the place where you need to put legs. My son slept there (6years) and we slept in the living room on a big sofa and it was comfortable.
