A very fresh and quiet environment

I loved the pool, the gym and the front desk staff who were very cheerful and courteous.

The dim lighting within the room is very inconvenient. So dark I could not get my makeup done! The dim walkway and esp the staircase is a hazard. I also dislike the way the shower head could not be angled. Water sprays STRAIGHT into my face if not turned away. I dislike the lack of daily housekeeping which means insufficient basics like toilet paper 🧻!! The WiFi is slow and Netflix connection isn’t stable.

In off season (June), the hotel is a pleasant place to stay, the facilities such as pool and fitness room hardly used. Very friendly staff.

The only downside for me was the noise created by all the air-condition systems in the house: As someone sensitive to noise and not able to sleep well with ear plugs, I hardly got any sleep. It’s a constant humming in the background. If you don’t have an issue with that, you’ll be fine. The staff was very helpful and let me try several rooms, but since most guests and residents use AC, changing rooms did not help. That’s the only reason for a rating of 5.

We absolutely loved this condo! The rooms are big clean beautiful and very well furnished The pool is clean and very very nice Gym was amazing Everything looks exactly like on picture and it is just perfect🫶🏻
