Beautiful apartment with almost everything you need for the stay

The property is perfect and beautiful however the sorrounding area around the saturdays not that great, construction on other side and open land that looks like storage for boat place is unkept

Beautiful property with a nice restaurant, pool, and gym. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Loved having a washer in our unit.

The location. No restaurants or shops were easily accessible by foot. Most of the surrounding area is under developed. We needed a Grab to get to Rawai Beach and other areas of the island.

The place is amazing and feels both very special offering a rare mix of beautiful design and hominess, the whole building was well-maintained, especially for its age, still looking like in the advertisement, a rarity in Thailand. For Christmas time, the pricing was quite reasonable. Lastly, the personnel were very sweet and forthcoming.

Minor things, actually: There was construction work going on outside, starting at 8 the latest. If you have a partner with light sleep, take care of having a condo towards the pool. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not installed on the roof but besides the apartments. That's annoying considering how beautiful the whole complex is. Considering European standards and Thai wages, cleanliness is 3-stars (e.g. windows in the staircase are not cleaned properly, pool could be picked off leaves more frequently).

-I love that you have two pools -the shop with items was very helpful -the cafe downstairs was so conveniant and yummy -your staff were very helpful and friendly

-The cleaning of rooms was only done once a week. Would have preferred everyday 2 days cleaning of the rooms. -We were give a room with 2 single beds connected together to mimic a queen bed. It was so uncomfortable and i was very frustrated with that. It feels like a scam. Why would you put 2 single beds done together when i paid for a queen bed? I tolerated for 3 days then after that i couldnt take it anymore and I asked to change rooms which was given to me thank you
