Locatie midden in het centrum.

Nadeel van de locatie is dat het best luidruchtig is, vanwege restaurant's en ijswinkel onder het appartement. Muziek gaat dus pas iets na 12 uur snachts uit. Appartement was erg verouderd, losse plinten bij deuren en keukenmeubels met beschadigingen. Oven was niet schoon en erg oud, de opening van de oven viel steeds los dat was erg irritant. Pannen en waterkoker waren ook niet schoon. Bed was erg hard, bij het slapen voel je de veren van het matras.
