Breakfast was not included,the place was absolutely centrally located and close to everything; thanking God the air climating device was in the dining g room

Shower was for slim people only which was our case but with no room to keep soap or shampoo

Location was great.

Another sleeping room was little bit too warm. Toilet didn't have lock.

Perfect location and fantastic price. A great pick of you're 3-4 people looking to explore Rhodes.

This property was very nice and good value for its money. It had an amazing location and very spacious. The shower was a tad small but nothing bad.

The property forget a blanket for the pull out coach so I didn't have one the first night since we got in late. But after we messaged the owner, they brought one over the next day.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The host, Maria, was kind and attentive — she quickly helped me with the small issues I encountered during my stay. I also appreciated the online support, which was always available through messages whenever I needed assistance. The location was great as well. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

It felt like home right away! The location was unbeatable, nestled in a charming neighborhood that's within walking distance to fantastic cafes, shops, and beautiful parks. It offered the ideal balance of peace and access to vibrant city life. The highlight was the little touches: coffee, wine local snacks, and detailed recommendations for nearby attractions. Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at New Town apartment, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout my stay. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. The location is perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with great restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transport. I loved exploring the area, and it was a treat to return to such a comfortable home away from home after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Good position in Rhodos new Town, very close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed.

Bathroom a bit old with small shower box.

The location is the selling point of this property. Located right above a busy street with loads of restaurants and bars. Only 15min walk to Old Town and a 5min walk to the beach.

The demeanour of this property is quite tired looking and slightly outdated . The inside is very small and it was a struggle living there even with 2 people. The bedroom lacks any storage apart from a hanging storage shelve. This meant we couldn’t unpack. The bathroom is a safety hazard due to the shower missing it’s other sliding door. This means if you don’t point the shower correctly, water goes everywhere and would most likely cause an accident. The handle on the front door is very loose so will either need to be replaced or fixed. The pictures of the apartment we got didn’t look like the ones on the website, they take loads of pictures of all their properties so it is confusing to which apartment you’re getting. Basic but great location
