Every year we spend a few days in Lauterbrunnen at this accommodation. Without any bias, I can say it is the perfect choice. This year we stayed in room 12, and it was clean. As always, we had to put on and remove the bed linen ourselves at arrival and departure. The dining area is perfect – every room has its own shelf in the fridge, and wonderfully, no one touches food belonging to another room. There were couples with children staying at the hostel on two occasions, but they behaved well too. The toilets and bathrooms were clean, with plenty of toilet paper available. You need to bring your own shower gel, but towels are provided in the room. It is forbidden to enter the rooms with shoes. We also had a parking space. We will definitely stay here again next year! We love peace and quiet – sitting on the terrace in the early morning or late evening, looking at the waterfall and the mountains, one is filled with a deep sense of peace.

They should put a sign on the door asking guests not to slam the entrance doors, or to wait until the door spring closes it, because guests were slamming it every minute. In the kitchen, the oven needs repairing.

The location of the property is scenic and Ringgenberg Bus stop is out next to the apartment as people need to travel to Interlaken for further tour or to catch public transport for other destinations.

The improvement is required in the following: 1. Toilet: Bath area cabin is broken. 2. Kitchen: Dishwasher doesn't work for effective clearning. Additionally, sound from first floor upon walk of any guest staying wakes up. The property doesn't give comfort living experiences for family specially if you are occupaying first floor and ground floor for sleep!

The location was excellent and the room was a good size.

Some instructions on how some things worked would have been helpful. Locking doors and light switches was not obvious.
