IL PORTICCIOLO

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here at IL Porticciolo. The location of this place is amazing with good ocean view. In the kitchen you has everything you need for making your own food. The bed, sofa and bathroom was also very good.

Perfect location overlooking the marina with a charming balcony. The flat is good size and clean and has all the amenities you would need for cooking. Located within steps from restaurants. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating. We added an extra night because we just didn’t want to leave.

We stayed three nights. It was the perfect location and we enjoyed so much. Every day eating the breakfast through this view from the balcony was really wonderful. You have to hold your luggage to reach this place. But, it was not really bad and it’s really worth it to do. If I come back to Riomaggiore, I would definitely stay in this accommodation. Thank you for the beautiful stay and delicious champagne ❤️

WiFi was not working when we stayed. And technician couldn’t visit due to holiday. We bought the internet package, but it was not strong connection when we were deeply inside of the room. However, it was manageable.

Loved the place! The location is ideal & the views are just great! The house is very clean and the host very friendly! The balcony is just amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Ideally I would like to have some sort of rain cover in the balcony. It has the setup, but not the cover. It was raining two days during our stay and I would have liked to be able to sit on the balcony.

Beatiful location. Nice size for a couple. Everything in working order.

Could get a little cold sitting on the balcony as the sun was on the other side in the evening, so bring a jumper.

The balcony was by far the best part! Beautiful location and view of the port. It was a shame that it rained most of the time but we still managed to get a bit of sun!

Unfortunately the walls/roof are extremely thin so we were woken up by the guests staying just above us every single night. Even the slightest movements they made would echo in our room and was impossible to ignore/sleep through. It was so bad one night we had to knock on their door at 1am. We were also a bit let down by some minimal supplies such as only two toilet paper rolls provided for 5 days of stay and if we needed a clean towel we had to pay extra for it. Aside from this, we had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful sightseeing in Riomaggiore. We found all we need: practical kitchen, very good bathroom, comfortable bed, internet working well...

great location, close to the train station, wonderful view, great size for a family of three, directions to apartment and access to key was easy. would stay her again

The apartment is perfectly located with a balcony overlooking the beautiful harbour. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The Dolce Gusto machine was great (although we couldn’t find anywhere that sold the pods in the town, you may need to bring some with you). Friendly and helpful messages from Veronica, thank you!
