Close to the ocean, tucked away and private, balcony is a must in cinque terre as resteraunts are packed with tourists

A little difficult to find initially but once you are there it’s easy to get too

"You come for the view, and you have it"

The location is very special with a direct view to the sea, the harbor, and the city. Truly special. The flat is rather big and well equipped. Clean too. The entire city is built on a cliff so yes, there are many stairs, narrow staircase and the flat is old. But so is the city itself.

Communication was "just in time" and minimalist, receiving the address and key box code upon arrival (after I called because I had no answer via the booking message system). Communication was exclusively via sms. The flat is old and that's ok. But some basics could be upgraded given the price (the window to the terrace barely closes (not great in winter and no sound proofing). The bed can also easily be upgraded. The price, even off season, is too high (the whole city is overpriced. I can't imagine the price during summer). Side comment: best is to arrive in the city by train ( 10 minutes from the flat). Off season you might find a parking spot or make sure your room booked comes with a reserves space (which can only be outside of the city (restricted access). The price is outrageous (35€/day). Careful off season: in our case the walk along the coast was closed for maintenance.

"Excellent location with a great balcony view"

Excellent location, just around the corner from the train station (approx 5 minutes walk). The balcony view is great. You can hear the waves as you're falling asleep which is very soothing. Spacious room. Plenty of blankets to use.

We didn't have any issues with this, but if you have issues with mobility, there are quite a few steps to go up and down so just bear this in mind.

Location, communication.

Well, I will say that everything was perfect. For those who want pure silence, it won't be as the restaurants are just there, but I knew what was expecting me, and I wasn't bothered by this at all.
